Mental health has been something I've struggled with, while at the same struggled to talk about. Over the past year or so I finally decided that enough was enough, I was ready to acknowledge that I was struggling with depression and was ready to deal with it. This album has been my soundtrack to looking myself in the mirror, coming to terms with what I've been going through, and finally starting to get some help. Hopefully my story can let others know it's okay to be depressed and anxious, but it's not okay to not do anything about it. Having an island state of mind will only leave you feeling worse.
